Shipping Policy
Commander Instruments and Avionics ships all US domestic online orders using UPS or Federal Express as selected by you when you place your order. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.. All international orders are shipped Federal Express. International rates depend on the package shipping weight and country to which the shipment is addressed. International customers will be responsible for all duties, customs and taxes including VAT charges as applicable. For your protection, all shipments will be insured for the value of your order. All orders are shipped requiring a signature. You must make arrangements to sign for your order when it arrives.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message via Email if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
To cancel an existing order, simply contact us by phone, fax (704.395.1413), or Email and request that your order be cancelled. Please state the reason for the cancellation and provide us with all of your order information including order number, your name, address, day-time phone number, email address, and date of order). Your order will be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped and you need to return the unopened pacakge for credit. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE BOX! You may receive a full credit for your order, less the shipping charge, by obtaining an RA number (See Return Policy) or by refusing the package when delivery is attempted.
